Step One: Create a Profile
First, you'll create an online profile and then complete an online application. If you wish, you may also submit your resume through our applicant tracking website. Afterward, your resume will appear next to the position or positions for which you've applied.
Step Two: Selection Process
Your information will then be reviewed by a member of our staffing team, and if there is a match between your credentials and an open position, a staffing partner will contact you by telephone or e-mail. If you are not selected for a telephone screen or an in-person interview, your resume and application will remain in our online database for future reference. You may update your resume and application in our applicant tracking system at any time by logging into your online profile with your user name and password. If you need help with your password, there are prompts on the log-in page to guide you.
Step Three: The Interview
Once you are selected for a telephone screen or an in-person interview, you’ll be contacted. Telephone screen interviews are a good way to discuss your qualifications and any other details that might be helpful for our staffing office to note. If there is a close match between your skills and the position, the next step may be to schedule you for an interview. If you are selected for an in-person interview, you will be instructed on whether to go directly to the hiring manager’s location or come to a Human Resources location for an interview.
Step Four: Evaluation
Following the interview(s) hiring managers will forward an evaluation back to the staffing partner. If you are selected for an offer, you will be contacted for your references. References from former employers and supervisors will be obtained, and we'll call your current supervisor or manager with your permission before making an offer.
Step Five: The Offer
Offers are made verbally and sent via e-mail or by hard copy to your home address. In the weeks before your start date, you’ll come to one of our Human Resources locations to complete pre-hire paperwork and show proof of your authorization to work in the United States. You will also be given an appointment at our Employee Health Services for a noninvasive physical including review of your immunizations and a TB test. Employee Health Services clearance must be granted before you will be able to start work.
