A fellowship with us is a great way to enter the health care field and to prepare you for leadership.
The Administrative Fellowship is a one-year appointment to the administrative staff of UMass Memorial Medical Center. The fellowship provides an opportunity for administrative fellows to work directly with members of the senior leadership team to achieve operational objectives. Fellows gain a unique vantage point in addition to real-life work experience in an organization dedicated to the community and its larger mission.
